1. All repairs come with a twelve-month guarantee unless stated otherwise.
2. Prices stated and agreed upon at request of repair are not negotiable at time of collection.
3. Items used as part exchange are recycled as soon as they arrive at out our premise, once we have assessed they are in acceptable condition. By confirming the order, you give KO Repairs LTD permission to use your items as we see fit. Please ensure any data is backed up.
4. KO Repairs LTD reserves the right to withhold your items until bench fee payment is received. If KO Repairs has not received payment within six weeks from the date of repair/inspection, we are authorized to dispose of your item as we see fit to recover costs. This includes items we deemed beyond repair.
5. Warranty only covers parts that have been replaced or repaired. Warranty repairs do not cover physical damage or negligence on the part of the user. KO Repairs LTD reserves the right to determine the cause of the fault.
6. Although unlikely data loss may occur during the repair process, it is therefore advisable that all data is backed-up before bringing the item in for repair KO Repairs LTD is not responsible for any data lost that may occur.
7. KO Repairs LTD is not responsible for any accessories/peripherals left with your console, unless stated by a member of management.
8. Any damage to items is logged by a member of staff when received. If this is different at time of collection, please inform a member of managing staff, as this cannot be rectified once the product has left the premises.
9. No items will be released without Work order ticket.
10. All warranties are void if items are opened by anyone other than KO Repairs LTD staff. All items are fitted with warranty stickers and serial numbers logged for security reasons.
11. Please be aware that faults can worsen under investigation. KO Repairs LTD takes no responsibility for additional faults that may occur.
